Instead, we rely on asynchronous collaboration tools and decentralized decision making.Job DescriptionTHE ROLEAs a Warehouse Associate, you guarantee equipment requirements are provided to the necessary team members or job sites to meet project timelines. You are an important part of the warehouse team to keep a smooth running, efficient operation with minimal inventory losses.WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Preparing and packaging equipment orders with accuracy.
  • Checking in returned orders as needed, noting and investigating any discrepancies with the team.
  • Updating inventory control software for all equipment movements, including storage location updates. This results in all team members having visibility of product locations and limited inventory losses.
  • Keeping the warehouse and staging areas free of garbage and recycling for a clean safe work environment.
  • Stocking supply bins in the staging area to keep continuity in project system builds, with little disruptions.
  • Assisting other warehouse team members where required based on volume, supporting a team first mentality.
QualificationsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • You have good computer skills and are curious to learn new software.
  • You have strong organizational skills and work ethic.
  • You prioritize your time based on scheduled requirements with minimal supervision.
  • You are a hands-on team player who actively finds new and improved ways of completing tasks.
  • You have the physical ability to lift moderate to heavy weighted materials (50 lbs), while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques, and can stand for long periods of time.
  • Having a valid certificate or previous experience using a Raymond Reach truck would be a valuable bonus.
