With proven success in the industry and no limiting runway, we are growing exponentially and were looking for Rockstars to join our team!About the RoleAs a Warehouse Associate you will work as part of a small, autonomous, agile team to deliver exceptional customer service and impact; We believe in the power of working together, you will get to work with your peers, and you will have the opportunity to grow and expand your capabilities. Join our team today and magnify your impact influencing the future of construction on a global scale.Position Objective:As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for picking construction materials and preparing orders. Sometimes you may be loading orders directly on customer’s vehicles or loading these onto our driver’s vehicles.What you will be doing:

  • Picking and replenishing product.
  • Preparing orders while ensuring order accuracy.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles by hand or by forklift.
  • Assisting with cycle counts.
  • Maintaining the overall cleanliness and general housekeeping of the warehouse.
  • Interacting with customers, your peers, and deliver drivers.
Do you have what it takesAside from a positive can-do attitude, you will need:
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of construction and building materials.
  • Experience using warehouse handheld scanners and warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Familiar with the process of picking and preparing orders.
  • Experience operating a forklift is a strong asset (highly preferred).
  • Ability to take initiative and follow instructions under minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with smartphones, apps and chat programs.
  • Comfortable standing and walking for a long period of time.
  • CSA approved safety steel toe work boots.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
