Job Description

Position Summary:A shipper processes out boxes through the shipping stations by scanning the outbox label, printing and affixing shipping labels, and logging carrier tracking numbers.Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Physically locate and pick each invoice for ship or destroy out of the database and the facility.
  • Individually scan each box out of the database to maintain inventory control.
  • Properly package each box for accurate disposition, correct labeling, and secure delivery.
  • Clocking in at the appropriate location and at the correct time
  • Overtime as scheduled
  • Follow all safety and security rules
  • Keeps work area clean and organized
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excel, Microsoft Word, Fed Ex System, Informix
  • Ability to successfully multi-task, works efficiently, and meets deadlines in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bi-Lingual English and Spanish preferred.
