Job Description

TV2 Consulting is seeking an experienced and talented Web Applications Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our team of designers, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality web applications.Responsibilities:

  • Developing web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Collaborating with designers and developers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implementing best practices for security and data protection
  • Testing and debugging web applications to ensure they are error-free and functioning properly
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for web applications
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Mandatory Experience with security as per OWASP standards, accessibility as per WCAG, and performance and Google Page Speed Score
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience as a web developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Knowledge of back-end development frameworks such as Node.js or Laravel
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Benefits
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
  • Location: Onsite in Toronto
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor
  • Hourly contract rate: TBD depending on experience
  • Date candidate required: Immediate
  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
