Visit us at www.accenture.com.Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + CommunicationsA core member of the Global Content Delivery team, focused on creating and maintaining the processes, tools and platforms central to our Digital Marketing function; allowing Accenture Marketing and Communications teams to effectively leverage digital channels, tactics and tools to engage their target audiences.This role focuses on ensuring the process for getting content live on www.accenture.com. This person would manage projects, support tools and provide support for project review, a critical step to building pages in SiteCore. In addition, this person would work with our digital team to help assess priorities, and enforce site standards around design, brand, accessibility, etc.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely development and publication of new and updated content
  • Review incoming projects and insure the requests are valid and complete; discuss with requestor as required; source additional materials as needed
  • Prioritize and assign projects based on urgency/time zone/expertise
  • QA outgoing project pages
  • Watch for urgent projects and address as appropriate
  • Enforce site standards around design, brand, accessibility, etc.
  • Interface with Digital team to gather and distribute standards and guidelines
  • Interface with Digital team on required reviews
  • Act as first point of contact for content owners
  • Investigations into page/project history
  • Answer questions around site guidelines
  • Admin
  • Prepare periodic reports for management
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years in marketing and marketing operations
  • Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing specialization, including web design experience, interactive media or advertising creative design.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional services or business-to-business marketing experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SiteCore platform and site templates
  • Broad understanding of global business marketplace and knowledge of Accenture’s areas of business and overall business strategy.
  • Demonstrated skills in digital marketing.
  • Experience with mobile: apps, websites, etc.
  • Experience with broader web design
  • Experience in working with agencies (e.g. advertising, interactive and specialized such as mobile)
Professional Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and apply creative and ingenious solutions to complex issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas within Marketing & Communications and other areas within Accenture.
  • Comfortable working with colleagues in various geographic locations, demonstrated ability to be effective in virtual working environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
