The following Writing Instructor position is available in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education for the 2021 – 2022 academic sessions.Course No. and Title:Health Sciences Writing Centre (HSWC)Course Enrollment:N/AEstimated TA Support400 HoursDuties:To provide individual writing instruction to undergraduate and graduate students in five Health Sciences Faculties (Pharmacy, Kinesiology and Physical Education, Nursing, Dalla Lana School of Public Health and Social Work) on University writing, especially on organization, reasoning, style and language use. Instructors at the faculty on assignment are also expected to engage in teaching writing workshops and collaborating with faculty on assignment design/expectations and plagiarism issues. To provide individual writing instruction to undergraduate and graduate students in Pharmacy (and four other Health Sciences Faculties (Kinesiology and Physical Education, Nursing, Dalla Lana School of Public Health, and Social Work).Qualification:Completed graduate degree from a post-secondary institution. Candidates should possess demonstrated skills for teaching analytical writing across a variety of health sciences disciplines.
