Can be based in Montreal or TorontoYOUR ROLEAre you passionate about logistics If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to develop your skills as an Air Freight Pricing Analyst, ensuring consistent high level of service, profitability and cost efficiency, while adhering to all applicable company and regulatory requirements.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO· Verify different transport possibilities with airline and transport companies and negotiate best possible rates for clients.· Understand customer needs and bring innovative solutions. · Recommend insurance.· Produce rates in the operational system according to the needs of the clients and within the time limits.· Follow up on rates.· Act as the resource person for the Bolloré Group network, suppliers and customer service department (both internal and external).· Work closely with the sales team, and the other departments of SDV Canada.· Issue non-conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.· Other tasks as defined by the immediate supervisor.RequirementsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR· Education and Experience: High School Diploma or post-secondaryeducation or experience, Two to three years ofrelated experience.· Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients· Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver· Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal andexternal expectations· Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)· Good interpersonal and teamworking skills requiredWHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFERWith a genuine culture of recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
