What is an AssociateOur clients have a need to get information that they can’t find on a simple google search, information that only exists in the minds of industry experts. Our Associates find those experts using our AI-powered technology and connect them with our clients, which are primarily consultancy firms, hedge funds, and private equity firms. Projects range from EV Charging Networks in the US to Shrimp Aquaculture in Mexico, there’s always something new that our clients are looking to understand.What You’ll Do as an Associate:

  • Work in partnership with your Project Lead to receiveamp; understand requests from clients across a variety of sectors and industries, quickly grasping the current context of requests
  • Pro-actively search for, and identify, excellent experts globally, using our proprietary technologiesamp; platform, alongside using a variety of other search methods like emailing, calling, our AI platform and utilizing LinkedIn.
  • Act as a consultant by figuring out the type of expert your clients will need to speak with to fulfill their project
  • Act as your own project manager by handling multiple client requests while connecting with and vetting a variety of experts each day
  • Share the expert you’ve chosen to your client by understanding what the client is fully looking for and ensuring those needs are met
The Assessment DayWe are seeking candidates that are looking to kick start their career or make an industry change by joining a rapidly growing start up company. Our Interview Assessment Day gives you the opportunity to meet the team in person, get a full introduction to our organization and speak with current employees of different levels while attending interview breakout sessions for the role!We will be reviewing applications starting in May and hosting our Assessment Day the second week of June.
