Join Our Leadership Team: Director of Supply ChainLocation: Canada/USA | Travel: Up to 25% | Industry: Manufacturingamp; DistributionAre you a strategic powerhouse with a passion for operational excellence Do you thrive in complex environments and love transforming supply chains into agile, high-performing engines of growth If so, we want you on our team.We’re looking for a Director of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end operations across two manufacturing sites and three distribution centres in North America. This is a high-impact role that partners directly with senior leadership to shape the future of our supply chain strategy.What You’ll Lead:

  • Build a world-class supply chain organization with strong leadership and agile operations.
  • Oversee Planning, Procurement, and Order Management with a focus on performance and efficiency.
  • Design and implement a resilient procurement strategy to navigate global disruptions.
  • Drive cost savings, process optimization, and continuous improvement across all functions.
  • Champion a robust Salesamp; Operations Planning (S amp;OP) process using SAP.
  • Ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs to deliver measurable results.
  • Align site-level policies with corporate standards and foster a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Lead talent development and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Financial Leadership:
  • Own the budgeting process for procurement and logistics.
  • Collaborate with Finance on monthly reporting and performance analysis.
  • Drive financial accountability across supply chain functions, including cost optimization and savings.
Safety First:Safety is non-negotiable. As a leader, you’ll ensure your teams follow all safety protocols—from PPE to OSHA standards—across both office and operational environments.Who You’ll Work With:
  • Collaborate closely with the Presidentamp; GM, Director of Engineering, Director of Salesamp; Marketing, and Plant Managers.
  • Partner with teams across Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Engineering.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and external stakeholders.
Working Conditionsamp; Travel:
  • Primarily office-based with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • Travel up to 25% to plants, suppliers, and industry events.

  • A university degree in Business; Supply Chain Management designation preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in integrated supply chain leadership across multiple facilities.
  • Expertise in S amp;OP, strategic sourcing, demand planning, and negotiations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on, results-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive change.
