Job Description

CSP is one of the largest and fastest growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities! We #39;re looking for an Equipment Transportation Driver to join our team.Requirements

  • Safely operate the club-owned vehicle to transport soccer equipment to and from training sessions, games, and events.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly loaded, secured, and organized to prevent damage during transport.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes, accounting for traffic and road conditions.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and vehicle safety regulations.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or issues to the club’s management.
Equipment Management
  • Assist with loading and unloading soccer equipment (e.g., balls, cones, goals, pinnies, etc.).
  • Confirm all necessary equipment is accounted for before and after each event.
  • Keep the vehicle and storage areas organized and clean.
  • Notify the club of any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment.
Parentamp; Player Engagement
  • Politely interact with parents when distributing uniforms or other club-related items.
  • Answer basic questions from parents regarding uniform sizing, distribution, attendance or missing items.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when representing the club.
Uniform Distribution
  • Assist with sorting, organizing, and handing out uniforms or apparel to players.
  • Help manage any uniform exchanges or replacements as directed by the club.
On-Field Assistance (as needed)
  • Be prepared to step onto the field to assist a coach if required (e.g., setting up equipment, running a drill, or providing general support).
  • Follow the coach’s instructions and maintain a professional attitude when assisting players.
  • Ensure safety guidelines are followed while on the field.
General Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with the club’s staff, coaches, and volunteers.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate games, practices, and special events.
  • Represent the club positively, displaying professionalism and reliability.
