  • Engage with clients: Your insights into the needs and challenges of law firms will be vital in tailoring our approach and solution offerings.
  • Collaborate globally: Work hand-in-hand with our international team and partnerships to implement best practices and share innovations across markets.
  • Measure success: Utilize key performance indicators to assess growth, market share, and overall impact while adjusting strategies for maximum efficacy.

You should ideally have:
  • Proven track record in leading teams across Canada, with 8 to 10 years of experience in law preferably in Real Estate and/or Wills and Lifetime planning.
  • A strong understanding of the legal landscape, particularly the challenges faced by legal practitioners today and an established network within the Canadian legal community.
  • A collaborative spirit; you can bring people together and foster an environment of teamwork and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mentality; you know how to set goals and achieve them while keeping the team motivated.
  • A track record of utilizing data to inform strategy and make improvements.
