Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Communications and Marketing, the Marketingamp; Events Specialist will support the execution of firmwide events and initiatives. This individual will also provide industry research, strategy, and creative assistance where applicable.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Event management
  • Plan and coordinate all arrangements for Fengate-run events across real estate, infrastructure and private equity, in collaboration with Communicationsamp; Marketing business partners. Includes tracking project deliverables, researching and managing venues, invitations, supplier, budget and onsite logistics.
  • Support corporate events team on external and internal events, including annual Fengate symposium, AGMs, special events in collaboration with LiUNA, holiday party, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners for conferenceamp; event sponsorship
  • Working with Communicationsamp; Marketing business partners and business unit executives to coordinate attendees and logistics for Fengate sponsored conferences
  • Provide onsite support as needed at sponsored conferences and events
  • Identify relevant industry events, conferences and sponsorships for Fengate to participate in; assist in managing contracts and tracking budget
  • Marketing collateralamp; gifting
  • Manage Fengate promotional gifting program, including annual client holiday gifts. Responsible for lists, selection, budget and approvals in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Design team on advertising and promotional items for sponsored events
  • Identify new promotional gift ideas and opportunities and manage suppliers
Support SVP, Communicationsamp; Marketing on managing corporate sponsorship program Supporting the development and delivery of internal communications programs as requested, including working in collaboration with Internal Operations and HR Supporting the Communicationsamp; Marketing Team and Events Committees with ad hoc requests and administrative tasks as needed RequirementsKEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Events Management or Communications required.
  • 3 – 5 years in events management
  • Basic graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics in presentation materials, aligned with Fengate marketing and brand standards
  • Highly effective and proactive project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to prepare marketing proposals with a blend of focused research, strategy, and creativity.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Direct experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and Adobe products.
