Our goal is to continue creating the world’s leading financial markets analytics platform.The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our team in Toronto and play an important role in new business development across North America. This position will allow you to develop a deep understanding of TradingHub’s model-based approach to market abuse surveillance and apply your knowledge of capital markets to drive new revenue generation.The focus of the role is to understand customer needs through both direct contact and analysis of their trade data, develop customer pitches, run PoCs and onboard new customers. You #39;ll also be collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, such as our sales and engineering teams. This position is suited to those with initial experience working in a trading, risk management or quantitative capacity within either a sell-side or buy-side institution.RequirementsMain Skills/Competencies:

  • Significant industry experience in financial markets from a trading, risk or quantitative perspective
  • Sound knowledge of the fixed-income asset class, including derivatives
  • Good knowledge of risk sensitivities orquot;Greeks quot; such as Delta, Gamma, DV01 etc.
  • Hands-on skills in a programming/scripting language such as SQL, Python, C#
  • Good interpersonal skills and keen to collaborate closely with customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to summarise information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Able to prioritise, assign and manage competing customer needs
  • Able to deliver a project to agreed deadlines
