The company is headquartered in London, with offices in Philadelphia, The Hague, Toronto, and Sydney.About the RoleAs a Senior Solutions Engineer within the Partner Solutions team, you are a strategic and technical leader driving the development and delivery of scalable, innovative solutions using the Orgvue platform. You will work closely with our most strategic Partners to architect tailored solutions that address complex business challenges, helping to guide both the evolution of the platform and how we deliver value across our partner ecosystem.You bring deep technical expertise and business acumen, acting as a mentor to junior team members and a trusted advisor to our Partners. You take full ownership of solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery outcomes, while playing a key role in shaping future product capabilities through structured feedback and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture for complex Partner needs and large-scale initiatives, owning technical outcomes from discovery through deployment.
  • Act as a technical authority on the Orgvue platform, providing expert guidance to Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic Partner requirements into scalable solution designs and reusable assets (packs, APIs, templates, documentation).
  • Serve as a thought leader for the Partner Solutions team, shaping the roadmap through market and client feedback.
  • Oversee and review solution builds, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment to product best practices.
  • Mentor junior colleagues, providing technical and strategic oversight across projects.
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R amp;D, and Customer Experience teams to influence platform development and support go-to-market readiness.
RequirementsDesired Skillsamp; Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Orgvue (2+ years preferred), or combination of business context (people analytics, org. design, workforce planning) and technical mastery in similar workforce planning or data visualization platforms.
  • Strong programming and integration skills – advanced JavaScript and proficiency with SQL, and Python.
  • Proven track record in building client-ready solutions and leading technical engagements.
  • Ability to think strategically, operate independently, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or combination of Bachelor’s Degree and relevant technical experience.
