Over 10 million users trust us to help them find care, and we work hard to make it possible.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Social Media Manager/Content Creator to elevate the online presence of CanadianNanny.ca and Nanny Lane, actively engaging with the nanny community and building organic growth across key social platforms.In this role, you will:

  • Engage and Represent: Actively participate in nanny/nanny employer Facebook groups, subreddits, and online forums to build brand awareness and authenticity.
  • Create and Manage Content: Develop high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and/or Pinterest. This includes videos, images, and written posts tailored to each platform.
  • Community Management: Be responsive and tactful in handling messages, comments, and feedback on all platforms, especially addressing sensitive issues with care and professionalism.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers to amplify our reach.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of social campaigns, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maintain relevance and innovation.

  • You are a skilled communicator who writes with tact, good judgment, and professionalism.
  • You have a passion for caregiving or parenting and understand the needs of the community we serve.
  • You are technologically resourceful and proficient in tools for video production, image creation, and analytics.
  • You are driven, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your workload.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and you’re adaptable and resourceful.
  • You are inventive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a bias toward action.
  • You are experienced in managing social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a strong understanding of organic growth strategies.
  • You are comfortable finding, onboarding, and managing influencers and creators.
  • You are analytical, capable of using data to assess performance and inform decisions.
  • You are skilled in managing sensitive communications and diffusing potential conflicts
LOCATIONCareGuide is a remote company, and we hire from anywhere in Canada.COMPENSATION$70-105k and full benefits after three months of employment.WHAT WE OFFER TO YOU
