Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, customer feedback, and service trends.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree or High school Diploma equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and connecting with potential clients.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
