Job Description

You Make Me Smile Dental Centre is looking to add a Patient Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant to our team. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, reliable and organized. Ideal candidates will match our professionalism and work as part of a team to offer exceptional patient care. This is a full-time position.KEY TASKSThe requirements listed below are representative, but not all inclusive, of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.QUALIFICATIONS· Professionalism, reliability and organization.· Efficient, Intelligent, Open-Minded, willing to learn & takes Instruction.· Tech Savvy.· Knowledge with Microsoft Office, excel, PowerPoint.· Must possess the ability to take initiative to improve work processes/systems.· Proven decision-making and problem solving abilities (a “Yes” person).· Exceptional organizational abilities.· Discretion, good judgement and confidentiality are required in dealing with sensitive issues.· Must be an efficient Multi-tasker.· Experience working in an office environment is an asset.REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES: · Be a team player, willing to take initiative and be part of the solution- oriented office.· Check in patients and see them out following appointments.· Submit and follow up with referral requests.· Apply thoughts, systems and protocols on paper.· Adhere to all Covid 19 Protocols and help ensure the safety of our patients.· Audit information and create letters based on YMMS policies, procedures and protocols.· Perform clerical duties including general correspondence, filing, photocopying, data entry and other routine procedures.· Operate with a commitment to a high level of service delivery and patient satisfaction.· Answer incoming calls from time to time and re-direct calls when necessary.· Other duties may be assigned from time to time.· Report to Dr. Younes & the Operations Manager; responsibilities include assisting all departments in all aspects that relate to the day-to-day operations within the office.You Make Me Smile Dental Centre offer’s employment opportunities that promote professional, personal, and financial growth.
