Job Location(s): Quinte West, BellevilleWE OFFER $500 to $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS and PARAMED IS PLEASED TO PARTNER WITH THE ONTARIO GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE THE $3/HOUR WAGE ENHANCEMENT IN ADDITION TO YOUR REGULAR EARNINGS!We currently have openings in our Home Support team for a qualified PSW (or equivalent training) in Quinte West and surrounding areas. In this role you would have scheduled visits in the community where you would help in their home with their activities of daily living. Our home support team play a large part in helping patients remain comfortable and independent in their homes for as long as possible. This important role helps to keep patients out of the hospital and other facilities where they may lack beds. Requirements:
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent training
  • A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is required
  • Availability to work a consistent part-time or full-time schedule including every other weekend
  • Experience in community home support is an asset, but not required
  • A passion for making a difference in the community
