Under the supervision of the Director, Business Strategy and Proposals, you will be responsible for developing proposals in response to calls for tender, working closely with internal and multidisciplinary teams, as well as with CIMA+ business partners (consortia or subcontractors).We offer a flexible hybrid work model allowing you to work from home and from one of our offices in Québec.Primary responsibilities

  • Analyze calls for tender, identify key elements and participate in business strategies to submit competitive, high-quality proposals.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals under your responsibility: organizational chart, methodology, showcasing of resources, secretarial coordination, graphic design, financial proposal (when applicable).
  • Follow up on deadlines and monitor the progress of technical and financial proposals.
  • Draw on in-house expertise, skills and resources to build and articulate value-added proposals.
  • Respond to several calls for tender simultaneously.
  • Develop and apply best practices to improve the efficiency of the process of responding to proposals and tenders.
  • Prepare project leaders for interviews required as part of major bids.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and optimize existing tools to enhance the quality of proposals or the business development process.
Profile
  • Bachelor #39;s degree, DCS or ACS in linguistics, communications, marketing, engineering or another relevant field.
  • At least three years #39; experience in a position with similar responsibilities: project management in the engineering industry, technical writing or preparation of proposals.
  • Knowledge of Canadian public organizations (ministries, JCCBI, PSPC, cities, etc.).
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; bilingualism is an essential requirement for this position to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including our clients, business partners and cross-sectoral teams nationwide.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and flexibility to respond to tender flows as required.
  • Extensive working knowledge of office tools and information technology.
