Job Description

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESParticipate in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, document the required justifications, produce monthly projections, analyze them, ensure the accuracy of coding and explain discrepancies Write, correct and lay out various reports, documents, tables and internal & external correspondence for the department head;Prepare and proceed with various purchase requests;Keep the agenda up to date; convening of meetings, preparation of meeting reports, presentations and agendas.Make travel reservations and complete expense accounts;Administer and process various information, various confidential documents;Manage, filter and redirect telephone calls or e-mail messages addressed to the department head as needed;Ensure that important information is sent to the right people (employees, department head, directors)Maintain a good clear, precise and documented filing system.Act as a resource person during the integration of new employees (requests for access, requests for computer equipment, transmitting the culture of the company, responding to various requests, etc.)Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to share working methods.Provide administrative support for various departments (sort and distribute mail, manage service desk, fax and photocopy requests and book meeting rooms, take care of printer maintenance, vacation tracking)YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSDEC (college diploma) in secretarial studies or other relevant training3 to 5 years of relevant experienceStrong proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)Solid understanding of MS Office, including Word and PowerPointAbility to work independently and in teamsGreat organizational skills, rigour and attention to detailGood ability to prioritizeAT BRP, WHEN WE TALK ABOUT BENEFITS, WE GO ALL IN.Let’s start with a strong foundation — You want it, we have it:Annual bonus: we work hard, and we know it.
