Makes recommendations on improvements.Creating and maintaining a quality dashboard and metrics for reporting to the project leads and systems leads.Tracking assessment findings to closure.Performing random checks of document consistencies and accuracy according to INCOSE V-cycle and ASPICE methodologyIdentifying and escalating issues for non-compliances.Participating in Test Spec Defect ProcessCreating/Maintaining Defect Tracking Process across all the projects.Supporting any Audits on the Battery Project for all levels of testing.Supporting Bench definition/configuration required for Testing.YOU WERE BORN FOR THIS JOB IF:You have working knowledge of ASPICE, ISO26262 (Functional Safety), and ISO21434 (Cybersecurity)You have at least 5 years of experience in design and conception of E&E systems in the automotive industry, preferably in the EV domain.You have excellent written and oral english communication skills and good interpersonal skills; effective working as a team memberYou have experience delivering a system/software productYou are skilled at working in a multidisciplinary environment;You are capable of reaching exceptional results with a minimum of supervisionYou detain a Bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience;You are a proven engineer or team leader with a track record in:System Safety Engineering in the automotive or similar industriesHybrids and Electrical Vehicle developmentPeople managementYou are now seeking your next move into a challenging industry that will broaden your experience and reward you with opportunities to manage people and a growing discipline.Able to work & communicate well with top-management, as well as team membersWELCOME TO BRPWe’re a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, creating innovative ways to move on snow, water, asphalt, dirt and even in the air.
