Job Description

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acknowledgment and resolution of support tickets passed on by level 1
  • Assisting users in kiosk mode
  • Physical service calls for users’ equipment
  • Preparing machines (laptops, desktops, cell phones, etc.)
  • Assignment and follow-up of service calls with the different equipment manufacturers (Dell, Ricoh, Panasonic, etc.)
  • Delivery of equipment to users and setup in the BRP environment
  • Ensuring repeat problems are reported so that they can be taken note of
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
  • Excellent level of English
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle
  • IT training, preferably relating to technical support
  • Sense of customer service
  • Able to manage priorities well
  • Able to adapt speech to the level of the user
  • Good diction
  • Punctual and diligent
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft and Google environments
  • Knowledge of basic SAP
  • Independent and rigorous
  • Team player
  • Dynamic
