The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI systems that are robust, scalable, and capable of tackling complex business challenges. As an AI Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists and software developers to build intelligent applications that leverage machine learning and data analytics.Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design, develop, and refine machine learning models to address specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Data Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality input for machine learning algorithms.
  • Algorithm Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate algorithms based on project requirements and data characteristics.
  • System Integration: Work with software engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance of deployed models, continually optimizing for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Researchamp; Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning, applying new techniques and practices to enhance product offerings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business analysts, to define project scopes and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI development and machine learning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and libraries.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar frameworks.
  • Keen understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, as well as deep learning applications.
  • Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI project deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
