By combining social and environmental consciousness with apparel, we empower our customers to have a direct impact on saving the planet through intentional purchasing.Who are we looking for tentree is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to drive significant impact across the organization by coordinating the creation and execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance. Collaborating closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing, Content, and Merchandising teams, you will help deliver a seamless, consistent experience for our customers across all touchpoints. This hybrid position requires the ideal candidate to be on-site three days a week, with flexibility to be in the office for extended periods during key events such as Green Friday and Cyber Monday.What will you be doing

  • You will coordinate the creation and execution of large-scale campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Advertising
  • You will utilize Google Analytics to develop insights and actionable items aimed at increasing reach and revenue month-over-month
  • You will report on weekly campaign performance and share results with the appropriate teams
  • You will collaborate closely with our brand and creative teams to brief ad asks and content strategies that maximize performance on Facebook Ads, YouTube, and the Display Network
  • You will conduct competitive and macro-level research to stay informed on changes in the digital marketing industry that could impact the overall success of paid media campaigns
  • You will maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of all performance marketing channels by staying updated on changes in ad auctions, ad formats, campaign objectives, and bid strategies
  • You will develop a keen eye for digital marketing advertising, identifying unique components or factors of an ad that could improve brand awareness or engagement from the target audience
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing Google and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving processes
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for data analysis and performance tracking
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment

A typical hiring range for this position is $53,000-$62,000 CAD per year with the final salary offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
