As the HR Generalist, you will be an integral member of the People and Culture team. This role plays a key role in supporting Restaurant Operators across a wide range of employee relations, compliance, health and safety, on-boarding, off-boarding, and policy matters. This role is the first point of contact for employee concerns, guiding leaders through sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment. With a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, you will navigate complex and sometimes ambiguous scenarios, balancing business needs with fair and consistent practices. Success in this role requires integrity, adaptability, critical thinking, and a passion for building a strong, value-driven workplace culture. Wage Range $65,000-$75,000 annuallyResponsibilities
