As a Human Resources Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for Peopleamp; Culture (P amp;C) inquiries, providing accurate information and connecting partners (employees) with the right resources. You will collaborate closely with the Operations team, lead and train partners on people-processes, and handle partner concerns with professionalism. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating and improving P amp;C processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing complaints and also requests such as accommodations, leave, and Freedom of Information inquiries. You are a strategic thinker and empathetic leader, balancing operational oversight with the human side of leadership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring clarity to complex challenges, and support your team in building a workplace that inspires trust and belonging. Wage Range $93,000 - $136,000 Within this range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors including job level, skillset, work experience, and peer compensation.The upper range is typically reserved with candidates with demonstrated expertise directly relevant to handling HR workplace complaints in multiple provinces across the country and with leadership experience.
