Job Description

JOEY Restaurant Group is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to bring their brand ambassador and marketing experience and support the department in achieving brand experience, hospitality and sales goals. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a results-driven problem solver, an excellent team player and collaborator. You move swiftly through changes and proactively seek opportunities to improve current processes and results.   • Online reviews and guest feedback
  • Retail and corporate gift cards
  • Private events program
  • Dress code program
  • Marketing projects and campaigns
  • Marketing department operations
  • New restaurant openings
Guest Feedback – Monitor guest communication, liaising with Operations to ensure all feedback is addressed. Maintain accuracy of all online listings and website content for JOEY Restaurants, LOCAL Public Eatery and Saltlik to maximize brand experience, visibility and conversions.Gift Cards – Monitor and respond to all gift card inquiries and requests, including but not limited to card balances, activations/deactivations, corporate orders, card reconciliation and more. Manage gift card inventory for all owned and third-party distribution points.Private Events – Maintain owned and third-party channels, as well as coordinate marketing collateral to increase awareness and conversions. Marketing Projects and Campaigns – Coordinate brand touch-points and store requests – including print and digital material – working collaboratively within the Marketing Department, as well as with Operations and external vendors. Assist Operations with local marketing requests.Dress Code – Own dress code inventory for all concepts, supporting with testing, rollouts and communication with Operations and vendors. Reporting – Conduct market research, as well as produce reporting and analyses.Marketing Department Operations – Support with invoicing and other administrative tasks.Requirements: Experience – 2+ years experience in a marketing or agency role.Organized – Work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment with exceptional time management skills, and prioritize, manage and meet multiple deadlines.Technically Savvy – Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive.Willingness to Learn – Interest in learning more about brand/marketing operations and open to coaching.This is an in-office role based in Vancouver, BC.This is about you.
