Job Description

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead on day-to-day execution. From publishing content to designing visuals and building landing pages, you’ll be the one making things happen.This is a cross-functional role — ideal for someone who’s comfortable with tools, thoughtful about layout and messaging, and capable of keeping projects on track with minimal oversight.Responsibilities

  • Design visual assets using Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Manage and update content in WordPress (pages, blogs, visuals, SEO tags)
  • Design and build landing pages, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Coordinate and publish posts across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and WordPress
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, content calendars, and updates
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) to improve speed and output
  • Work closely with the Marketing Lead to support campaign execution and reporting
RequirementsRequirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing and design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content layout best practices
  • Experience using WordPress as a CMS
  • Comfortable writing and editing content for posts, pages, and product assets
  • Organized, fast-moving, and confident in managing tasks across multiple channels
  • A portfolio of past work — must include real-world examples of marketing and design.
Nice To Have #39;s
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Buffer, Unbounce, and Microsoft Clarity
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other reporting tools to track marketing performance
  • Knowledge of UTM tagging, campaign tracking, and how to interpret attribution data
  • Experience contributing to case studies, newsletters, or product documentation
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or infrastructure-related industries
