About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to drive strategic collaborations that fuel business growth and brand expansion. This role involves developing and executing a partnership strategy, acquiring and managing key partners, and working cross-functionally to maximize impact. • Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned with business growth and brand objectives.
• Identify and prioritize potential partners, including food service businesses and campus credentials/payment providers.
• Establish clear goals and KPIs to measure partnership success.

Partnership Acquisition

• Proactively identify and engage potential partners, building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Craft compelling pitches and proposals that clearly convey our value proposition.
• Negotiate partnership agreements that align with company goals and drive mutual success.

Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships through regular communication and support.
• Identify opportunities for deeper engagement and long-term growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with sales teams to drive customer acquisition through strategic alliances.
• Work closely with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives.

Performance Trackingamp; Reporting

• Track partnership performance against defined KPIs and key metrics.
• Provide data-driven reports on partnership impact and insights.
• Continuously refine strategies based on feedback and performance analysis.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Please note: This is a hybrid position with a minimum of one day working from our beautiful office in Downtown Vancouver. Why Join Us: The ocean already contains 165 million tonnes of plastic. By 2050, plastic in the ocean will outweigh fish. In that same year, GHG emissions associated with plastic production, use and disposal, would account for 15% of allowed emissions as per the Paris Agreement.
