Job Description

Our mission: blend social and environmental impact with style, empowering customers to make a tangible difference through every purchase.Who are we looking forAs Producer at tentree, you’re the operational quarterback behind our photo and video shoots. You bring coordination, planning, and logistics together to make sure productions run like clockwork—from sample prep to final image delivery.You’ll work closely with our Brand, E-commerce, and Wholesale teams to ensure every shoot is on time, on budget, and on brand. This is a hands-on role in our Vancouver photo studio, with frequent coordination across internal teams and external partners.What will you be doingProduction Planningamp; Coordination

  • Build and manage production timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate all pre-production needs (samples, shot lists, briefs, locations, talent, vendors).
  • Track incoming samples, log them into inventory systems, and ensure they are prepped, steamed, and styled to meet brand guidelines.
  • Maintain production calendars and ensure alignment with campaign and e-commerce needs.
Sample Managementamp; Inventory Organization
  • Oversee end-to-end sample control: receiving, tagging, tracking, and returning items to the correct teams or vendors.
  • Maintain organized sample storage by season, category, and priority.
  • Work with Product and Sourcing teams to anticipate incoming styles and plan shoot prep accordingly.
  • Keep accurate digital and physical records so nothing is misplaced or double-booked.
On-Set Management
  • Run the day-to-day operations of the shoot, ensuring efficiency and flow.
  • Liaise between photographers, stylists, models, and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot on the fly, keeping everything on time and within budget.
Post-Shoot Administration
  • Manage asset delivery, file organization, and naming conventions.
  • Communicate deadlines and follow up to ensure on-time delivery to the right teams.
  • Track usage rights, contracts, and invoices.
Studioamp; Asset Management
  • Keep the studio organized, clean, and fully equipped.
  • Manage prop inventory, sourcing, and disposal.
  • Schedule recurring photographers and maintain vendor relationships.
RequirementsProfessional Experience
  • 2+ years in production coordination, project management, or studio management (apparel, e-commerce, marketing, or creative agency preferred).
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce photography workflows and visual brand standards.
  • Confident communicator who can coordinate across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Skilled at anticipating needs and proactively problem-solving.
  • Experience in apparel or consumer product industries is an asset.

A typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 CAD per year with the final salary offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
