This role involves structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights, and providing clear recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, work effectively with diverse teams, and communicate insights to senior leadership. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position requiring creativity, intellectual curiosity, and a solid ability to collaborate in a flexible environment.RequirementsResponsibilities:

  • Maintain and analyze company cost and bid data to ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Complete detailed product documentation, including SLA (Service Level Agreement) definitions and other related materials.
  • Conduct market research to provide actionable insights for the product management team. Analyze overall company costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Synthesize clear recommendations from complex data using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Adapt quickly to new challenges, demonstrating strong learning and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably from a Canadian or U.S. institution, in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with cost analysis, bid management, or related fields is a plus.
Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with the e-commerce, consumer market, or logistics sectors. Previous experience in product documentation is highly desirable.Benefits
