Job Description

KMBR Architects is a boutique architectural firm dedicated to public interest and community-driven design. Our projects range from education and healthcare to public safety, making a lasting impact on communities.Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional, personable, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the administrative functions of our office.Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage general inquiries, and handle mail and courier services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up for meetings as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Support event coordination, including company-sponsored social events.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
  • Interest in architecture or design is a plus.
