You will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and other business units to provide data-driven insights that support strategic planning, optimize operations, and ensure financial health. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and has a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the organization.Requirements

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business performance evaluation, profitability assessments, and growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and projections to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics (to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis and recommendations for course correction.
  • Support external and internal audit processes, including gathering data, preparing schedules, and assisting with audit inquiries to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist the finance team in driver payments, cost optimization, and resource allocation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, product) to develop financial plans and evaluate business cases for new initiatives or projects.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and present findings to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of financial materials for board meetings and investor relations as needed.
  • Assist in enhancing and maintaining internal controls and processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors that may impact Uniuni’s financial performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power Query, MySQL, and ERP.
  • Experience in month-end close processes and supporting external/internal audits.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with performance metrics, budgeting, and cost analysis.
