As a Senior Product Manager, you #39;ll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and hospitality, leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that make a real difference for thousands of restaurants and their customers.What you #39;ll do As a senior leader on our team, you will:Strategic Leadershipamp; Planning

  • Own and drive quarterly planning processes, including initiative prioritization, capacity planning, and executive presentations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including problem statements, goals, and success metrics
  • Create and manage product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
  • Lead competitive analysis efforts and maintain deep market understanding
Engineeringamp; Development Leadership
  • Drive engineering team meetings including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
  • Own the backlog grooming process, including creating and maintaining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to estimate effort, assess technical feasibility, and plan implementation strategies
  • Oversee feature testing and acceptance processes to ensure quality standards are met
Designamp; UX Leadership
  • Manage and mentor the design team, providing guidance on priorities and career development
  • Coordinate design workflows and ensure alignment between product requirements and design solutions
  • Review design work and provide actionable feedback that drives product excellence
  • Balance design quality with technical constraints and business objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Monitor and respond to product queries across various communication channels
  • Collect, organize, and prioritize feedback from multiple stakeholders including merchants and internal teams
  • Drive product announcements and internal enablement initiatives
Feature Developmentamp; Launch
  • Plan and execute feature rollouts, including pilot programs and phased deployments
  • Monitor feature adoption and usage metrics to validate hypotheses and measure success
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure successful feature launches
  • Manage documentation and training materials for new features

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing design teams
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products
  • Experience with mobile applications and restaurant technology preferred
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern product development tools

Base Compensation/Salary Range:The compensation offered depends on several factors including experience and education.$100k-150k per year
