We #39;re doing construction differently, and we #39;re thinking outside the box about how we can improve our company and our industry.Site Foreman Vancouver)We are looking for a Site Foreman to join our growing team, who will be responsible for assisting Site Superintendents on various projects throughout Vancouver and in the Lower Mainland ranging form $1M-$35M. This is a great opportunity to move into management for a candidate who has carpentry or other trade background (Steel Stud, Drywall, Mechanical, Electrical) and is familiar with commercial construction sites. This is a great opportunity to join a Construction Management team and take on the full scale of the project learning alongside another Site Superintendent. RequirementsPersonal Characteristics:

• Mobile - willing to travel and be flexible in work locations

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years #39; experience in Construction Industry
• Construction knowledge - overall understanding of construction process, sequencing, etc
• Trade Qualification or Carpentry ticket would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Site Assistance - work on site under Site Superintendent, assisting with trade management, carpentry and general labour requirements.
• Schedule Management - expedite the project schedule through efficient and quality work.
• Job Site Coordination - assist Site Superintendent in managing day-to-day activities on site and ensure that the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Subtrade/Supplier Management -assist Site Superintendent in managing construction subtrades and suppliers on the job site and mitigate issues that may arise in the course of a project
