Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support in delivery of a world-class candidate experience and talent strategy to recruit the Best and Brightest to JOEY Restaurant Group. This position will administrate and support the talent acquisition lifecycle and work collaboratively with Operations to provide industry leading acquisition tools and resources.Wage Range: $50,000 to $70,000 annually Benefits:

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall Applicant Tracking System efficiencies
  • Repost and curate job descriptions to maximize job board searchability
  • Management and support with job board utilization and paid solutions
  • Create world-class candidate experience through the support of interview and selection processes
  • Develop Learning and Development tools in support of Recruitment, Interviewing and Hiring practices
  • Audit and impact job posting strategy effectiveness
  • Measure candidate experience through candidate surveys analysis
  • Support in the development of new candidate pipelines and recruitment strategy for long-term growth
  • Analyze and management of talent analytics to support people needs and succession planning
  • Advise and diagnose on recruitment initiatives and practices
  • Facilitate the strategy and growth of Campus and Community pipelines
  • Plan and deliver hiring event strategies in partnership with Operations
  • Support in the hiring and recruitment processes for new store openings in US and Canada
  • Coordinate with Employment Brand in the development/support of recruitment materials
  • Develop and execute internal communication and announcements
  • Support in the recruitment and hiring of Corporate Office roles
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements: 1+ years hospitality experience is a priority1+ years of recruitment experience (or similar HR, administrative experience)An interest in growing within the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment spaceExperience in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards (Linkedin, Indeed, etc) and other recruitment tools an asset Proven ability to problem solve and stay organized in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills - you have mastered how to communicate succinctly and to differing audiences Understanding and interest in the changing environment of recruitment An interest in Employment Branding or MarketingKnowledge of analytics and data driven sources Interest in AI and technology, with an advanced level of Microsoft Office experience Certificate or degree in Human Resources or relevant field an asset This is an in-office position based in Vancouver, BC (preferred) This is about you.
