Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our back-office product development team. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value back-office features.Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gatheringamp; Analysis: Collect and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Product Management: Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap to align with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of ERP modules.
  • Agile Project Management: Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely product releases.
  • ERP Product Expertise: Understand ERP system architecture and modules, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Data Analysisamp; Reporting: Track product performance, user adoption, and feature ROI.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and training on ERP functionality to users and senior management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably with ERP systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Agile, and ERP implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and modern tech stacks.

  • Stakeholder satisfaction (8/10+)
  • Requirements accuracy (90%)
  • Feature adoption (75% in 3 months)
  • Timely delivery of specs (90% within 2 weeks)
