Highly qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews.Available Market Locations: Vancouver, BC or Calgary, ABPosition SummaryThe Territory Sales Manager works with the distributor to sell incremental cases and develop new and existing business in all retail channels, including Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service. This position will execute local field sales strategies, support distributor partners, and visit 12–15 stores per day while tracking execution through the CRM application.Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales plan through increased SKU distribution, shelf space expansion, promotions, displays, and brand collateral at retail locations
  • Participate in distributor route rides, market blitzes, and local key account calls
  • Communicate regularly with distributor partners about sales, marketing, and field opportunities
  • Support sales leadership with performance planning and local execution
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI requirements
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry (beverage preferred)
  • Must be 21 years or older, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a motor vehicle record screening
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with in-person customer interactions and public presentations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
