En tant que leader, vous jouez un rôle essentiel pour exécuter la stratégie du magasin, atteindre les objectifs de rendement et stimuler la croissance des ventes et la rentabilité par l’entremise de tous les aspects de l’exploitation du magasin, notamment : les activités liées aux produits et aux clients, le marchandisage et le perfectionnement du personnel. En collaboration avec votre équipe de direction, votre objectif est d’enseigner aux autres les comportements à la base d’une équipe performante qui atteint ou dépasse les objectifs.In this role, you will set the tone for the store team and help bring our brand to life for our customers and employees. Your leadership role is critical in supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals and drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store, including; customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to teach others and coach behaviors to cultivate a high performing team that meets or exceeds goals. WHAT YOULL DO

• Recruter et embaucher le personnel et assurer son perfectionnement de manière à favoriser une culture de haute performance et d’engagement
• Assumer la responsabilité pour le rendement de l’équipe en fournissant des conseils, de l’encadrement et de la rétroaction constructive afin de renforcer les capacités
• Appuyer des stratégies et des processus axés sur le client dans le but de produire des résultats, de stimuler les ventes du magasin et de maximiser l’efficacité et la productivité
• Promouvoir l’engagement communautaire
• Adapter les priorités de l’équipe aux besoins des clients et des partenaires d’affaires
• Assurer la supervision directe d’une équipe opérationnelle, de service ou administrative
• Recruit, hire and develop people to drive a culture of high performance and engagement
• Accountable for team performance through teaching, coaching and providing meaningful feedback to build capabilities
• Support strategies and processes using a customer centric mindset to deliver results, drive store sales, and maximize efficiencies and productivity
• Promote community involvement
• Adapt team priorities to respond to customer and business partner needs
• Provide front line supervision to an operational, service or administrative team

WHO YOU ARE

• Communiquer clairement et directement les attentes et donner de la rétroaction tout en écoutant pour tirer des conclusions permettant de propulser le rendement personnel et professionnel
• Faire preuve de compétences en matière d’organisation, de gestion du temps et d’établissement des priorités et d’une capacité à gérer efficacement des tâches multiples dans un environnement où les demandes sont concurrentes
• Être apte à tirer parti des données pour produire des résultats qui atteignent ou dépassent les objectifs opérationnels
• Capable d’effectuer des déplacements, selon les besoins
• Être en mesure de voir au-delà de la situation énoncée, d’utiliser les rapports et les outils de l’entreprise pour cerner les problèmes sous-jacents et d’envisager différentes avenues possibles
• Avoir une bonne compréhension des concepts et procédures propres à sa discipline
• Au Quebéc: Doit être capable de parler français
• Provides clear and direct communication of expectations and gives feedback while listening to learn in order to unlock personal and business results
• Proven ability to organize and utilize time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands
• Strength in driving metrics to deliver results that will meet or exceed business goals
• Able to travel as required
• Probe beyond the stated situation, uses reporting and company tools to find identify underlying issues and considers possible alternatives
• Good understanding of concepts and procedures within own subject area
• In Quebec: Must be able to speak French
