Job Description

DescriptionNew Roots Herbal is a leading Canadian manufacturer and marketer of high quality natural health products. Founded in 1985, our new head office, state-of-the-art laboratory and manufacturing plant are located in Vaudreuil-Dorion. With over 100 employees, we produce, market and distribute over 335 different natural health products in over 16 countries through 8,600 independent natural product stores. Through our Choose to Care program, weve donated more than $1.5 million to foundations and charities that support the environment and families and children in need.As our business continues to grow, we are now expanding our accounting department. Reporting to the Controller, this position will be supported by the Accounts Receivable and Payable team.Tasks & Responsibilities

  • * Help develop and implement on-line and mass Ecommerce strategy to improve on-line sales of New Roots Herbal products.
  • * Help develop and supervise all activities and plans for various Ecommerce projects and coordinate with product development team to prepare an effective schedule for project
  • Assist all internal parties to understand product deliverables and provide support to all activities on ecommerce platforms.
  • * Coordinate with internal team and provide support to all online marketing strategies and prioritize projects and recommend ways to increase traffic to website with incorporation of best tools and assist to maximize revenue.
  • Work with external Ecommerce partners to plan, coordinate and manage:
o Marketing and Advertising strategieso Supply chaino Transport logistics
  • On-line vendor requirements (all product specs)
Supervise performance to:
  • *Design various strategies to increase sales
o Monitor and produce performance reports (from various internal data sources and web analytics tools)o Manage product launch calendar
  • * Administer an effective website strategy and develop and maintain effective relationships with all web designers and programmers and implement all social media strategies and implement all marketing campaigns as needed.
  • * Direct web developers, copywriters, and graphic designer activities to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing
  • 5 years of experience in E-Commerce
