Job Description

Vivier Pharma Inc., located in Vaudreuil-Dorion, is an established leader in the cosmetic dermatology market providing Vivier skin care solutions to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, skin care specialists and online consumers across Canada and the USA.We are looking for an energetic, customer-centric Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team! This entry-level role is perfect for you if you are passionate about skin care, are computer savvy and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. We will train you on everything else!Our Customer Care team is involved in all activities that contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by providing outstanding customer service over the phone, email, or chat. As the first point of contact and the voice of Vivier Pharma, having a positive attitude is a must.What We Offer

What you will be responsible for
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email or chat in a friendly, caring manner that supports the department mission of providing a first-rate customer experience
  • Respond to customer calls/emails/Chat (B2C) and provide product information and pricing
  • Process orders and account openings in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle requests for customer returns according to policy (Returns, FAQs, etc.)
  • Investigate customer’s problems, find solutions, and handle situations that cannot be resolved by the Sales staff
  • Provide efficient sales support: Communicate regularly with the Sales staff and assist with documentation, account updates, training collateral, policies, and procedure updates
  • Send outbound communications (email/phone) to customers as required
What we are looking for
  • CEGEP diploma
  • Experience in a Customer Service role is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask efficiently
  • Strong computer literacy & ease in using different applications simultaneously
  • Perfectly bilingual, written and spoken
