  • Receive, respond to, and prepare client work orders (via email/phone/web) within 30 minutes
  • Plan/schedule/dispatch/coordinate pilot escort / negotiate rates for over dimensional transportation as well as route surveys for all North American customers, as per Canadian provincial and U.S. state regulations as well as per customer’s requirements
  • Continuous follow up on open orders to coordinate the services and schedules required for every stage of the customer’s order to ensure the entire job is done in a timely and efficient manner. Confer with customers and/or supervising personnel to keep them informed, proactively address situational requirements, and resolve problems.
  • Monitor, adapt and react accordingly to evolving situations. Offer information, knowledge, advice, suggestions, assistance, services and support to our customers and vendors with regards to their specific job requirements
  • Ensure all orders are up to date with required information (notes, rates, info, etc)
  • Enter & request updated credentials from vendors to ensure required conformity
  • Assist & support management in daily responsibilities & special projects as necessary
  • Take part in an on-call rotation to ensure after-hours requests are fulfilled
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times at a ODS level of expectations
