Job Description

Celebrating 63 years of BusinessWe Bring Food to Your Family’s Table!A full-time Fleet maintenance administrator position is available at our Montreal location.Shift Details: Monday - Wednesday -Friday 11:00am to 7:30pmResponsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, updating necessary documents, creating purchase orders, and maintaining an organized inventory.
  • Receive, count and stock ordered parts.
  • Manage returns and credit processes.
  • Organize work assignments for mechanics and technicians.
  • Answer calls and resolve issues concerning minor and major repairs.
  • Plan for appropriate solutions when fleet breakdowns occur.
  • Accurately navigate and input information into the TMT system software.
  • All other tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Six (6) months of experience equivalent to the job description or previous experience in the field of administration, data entry or parts and inventory.
  • Excellent people skills while dealing with suppliers and drivers on a regular basis.
  • Basic mechanical, parts and equipment knowledge.
  • Ensure smooth flow of communication, directions and paper flow.
  • Good keyboard skills, accuracy, knowledge of shipping documents, organizational skills.
  • Computer literate (TMT, AS400, Microsoft Office, Truckmate).
  • Resourceful and capable of multi-tasking.
  • French and English required (written, spoken).
