Chefs put so much attention to detail, care, and passion into every morsel, what you are left with is some simplest but most outstanding flavors.We are currently recruiting for the position of Full-time Line Cook, working in our newly restaurant.Only accept candidates living in Canada or have work permit in Canada.Position: Line Cook- Primary Function: Manages the restaurant’s operation and staffs according to the established company standards- Report To: Management Board- Major Responsibilities:o Prepare and assemble all signature dishes in our busy restaurants for dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders.o Assign to specific stations, Line Cook work together to ensure guests are satisfied by providing their meals quickly and completing quality control.o Cook a variety of grilled, fried, soup and noodle menu while ensuring the correct cooking and holding temperatures.o Slice, cut, shred, tenderize and skew meat and vegetables.o Braise and grill meat and vegetables.o Check that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption and prevent.o Properly prepare, cook and grill the dishes.o May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplieso Properly chill and store foods in designated areas following all labelling, dating, food safety guidelines and rotation procedures as well as complete designated food safety quality control logso Clean kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas to ensure conformance to the highest level of sanitationo Schedule and supervise kitchen helperso Oversee kitchen operationso May set up and oversee buffetso May hire and train kitchen staff- Benefits:o Attractive salary.
