You will be awaited by dynamic colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge with you. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid mode and we will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed in your job!Some of the responsibilities of the Junior Financial Analyst include:

• Perform product cost analysts based on various situations related to the distribution field.
• Prepare detailed reports using various computer systems
• Analyze budget variances and provide full explanations for variances
• Work closely with the finance team and participate in month ends
• Prepare data analysis charts
• Review and analyze various reports and charts
• Support the Controller in all other tasks

What are the requirements and skills needed:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in the finance or accounting field
• College diploma (DEC) or university degree in accounting
• Experience in cost adjustments is an asset
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn new computer systems (e.g. SAP or Oracle/JD Edwards environment)
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English (bilingualism is required)
• Creativity and ability to set priorities and contribute to a culture of excellence
• Superior problem solving and decision making skills and ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to multi-task
