Job title: Leasing Manager / Lead lease administratorLocation: Vaudreuil-DorionOur client in Vaudreuil-Dorion is currently looking for a Leasing Manager / Lead lease administrator. This person will report to the Vice President. Do you have experience in leasing and administration Do you want to join a dynamic environment Then this is the job for you!AdvantagesHead office: VaudreuilPermanent full time, 40 hours a weekFlexible hours2 days work from home, 3 at officeCompetitive salary depending on experience (75-90k)Newly renovated buildingInsurance PlanOn-site gymResponsibilitiesSupervise the management of the analysis of new legal documents and the process them into Yardi:Financial information for the rent roll (Term, minimum rent, % rent, ect.);Enter standard clauses and specific clauses;Identify the operating costs for the tenant to be paid, common charges, property taxes, capped, fixed increased, administration costs, etc.;Prepare and send the initial statement of charges for the starting date;Prepare and send rent change notices;Make any changes relating to amendments, renewals, assignments, terminations, changes in rates and addresses;Monitor the charges which are increased annually bases on the CPI, calculate the rates and update the management system;Prepare and control year-end invoicing for operating costs and property taxes relating to leases and answer tenants questions;Supervise the monthly Rent Roll ;Support property accountants for any questions;Supervise all follow up for important dates and legal conditions;Manage the rent collection;Supervise the follow up of contentious files;Supervise the management of all requests for assignment, etc.;Main contact with the tenant, maintaining a good relationship with them through regular and proactive activities;Supervise the preparation of Tenant Details List/ abstract when a new Lease is signed and distribute it to the different departmentsWork closely with the tenant coordinator as well as the leasing coordinator;For potential acquisitions:Evaluate rent rolls received and enter them in our systemAnalyse memorandum prepared by our legal counselPrepare lease abstract summaries for the Leasing department in order to evaluate restrictions and opportunitiesEnsure that all legal documents are up to datePerform other related tasks.QualificationsGreat sense of organization and extreme attention to detailDynamic and team playerStrong time management skills, and ability to work under pressureMaster the French and English language, spoken and written (required)Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word and Excel required)Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role (required)SummaryWhy RandstadThere are lots of great jobs, incredible companies, and great bosses.At Randstad, we are here to help you find the right combination for you.If you do not yet have a profile at Randstad and are interested in this position, we invite you to call us at 514.695.3315 and ask for Brandon or Sean or Melissa to arrange a meeting or send us your resume by email at brandon.freger@randstad.ca / sean.lynch@randstad.ca / melissa.cumetti@randstad.caAdd us on LinkedIn:
