JOB DESCRIPTION: Ɣ Collect the press parts according to the parameters established in yield performance.Ɣ Carry out the planned quality control in accordance with the criteria sheet, carry out inspections visual and tactile to detect any quality deviation.Ɣ Arrange the parts so as to respect the packaging diagrams: number of parts, length, width and height.Ɣ Read the documentation at the start of the shift (criteria sheet, appendix, diagram packaging, counter, etc.).Ɣ Be able to use the inspection tools in accordance with the criteria sheet: template, scales, rulers, etc ...Ɣ Complete the control sheets according to the guidelines in the criterion sheet.Ɣ Punch the labels respecting the required standard (Julian date, year, quarter of job and employee number). Affix the labels while ensuring the compliance of product identification. Complete all other required information (start and end times end).Ɣ If the products so require, take them to the ovens in accordance with the criteria sheet (mode of drying or thermal, temperature and mode of location in the ovens).Ɣ Complete the reject sheets by clearly identifying the problem encountered (filling, cleanliness, inflation, etc.) and dispose of the waste in the appropriate containers.Ɣ Communicate to his immediate superior any problem encountered or information relevant which could have an impact on the smooth running of activities (TRG).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: PermanentSalary: $17.00-$18.10 per hourAdditional pay:
