Job Description

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team, in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC.Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing and preparing customer sales orders, including selecting, counting, packaging, and labeling boxes for shipment as well as preparing Bill of Material shipments to manufacturers and assemblers. This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.What We Offer

What you will be responsible forShipping & Receiving:
  • Pick, pack and ship orders efficiently
  • Coordinate shipments, packages, parcels, envelopes with courier, prepare waybills and Bill of Ladings.
  • Track shipments as required
  • Receive packages, parcels, Purchase Orders, Manufacturing Orders and Company supplies
  • Count and inspect merchandise for damage.
  • Process and stock incoming inventory
  • Process receiving documentation and forward to appropriate departments
Inventory:
  • Put away and identify locations for released packaging and finished product
  • Perform annual inventory and cycle counts as required
  • Re-stock picking bays/shelves on a regular basis
Preparation of Bill of Material items:
  • Prepare, package, prepare packing slip and palletize packaging components for manufacturing on a weekly basis
  • Prepare finished product for the assembly of kits on a weekly basis
What we are looking for
  • High School diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience working in a warehouse
  • Well organized, efficient
  • Forklift license
  • Able to lift boxes (up to 60lbs)
  • WMS & Bar code scanning experience
  • WHMIS and Dangerous Goods (Air & Ground) certification an asset
  • Word, Excel, Powership systems
  • English oral and written required; French oral required
