Job Description

Overview:Lynden Logistics is looking for someone who is highly organized and detail oriented to join our dynamic team!We are looking for an individual who has the ability to handle interruptions and shifting priorities with ease.   • Answering and directing phone calls for customer service and office team
  • Assist customer service team enter orders & returns
  • Providing support to all departments and other administrative staff
  • Perform filing of paperwork and prepare invoices for mailing
  • Acting as an office coordinator for office equipment maintenance issues
  • Maintaining the office workspace and ordering office supplies
  • Planning and coordinating events with our social committee and others
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required
