We fit your body, your budget, your style and with the confidence you get when you look and feel great!Want a career with a Canadian company with a long history of success Let’s chat!As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will provide analytical support for the organization and assist in development and maintenance of corporate data collection, processing and reporting systems.What you will do in this role: · Collaborate with IT and external partners to define and maintain the data pipeline.· Maintain the extract, transform, load (ETL) process, data validation and data cleansing through quantitative and qualitative checks to measure the success of the migration as well as detect defects.· Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor and analyze performance to support business objectives.· Develop enhanced data processing for automation of reporting where appropriate.· Identify opportunities to enhance sales, operations, and corporate strategies through the collection and consolidation of data-driven analytics.We are looking for individuals who are: · Detail-obsessed and extremely well organized – nothing gets by you!· Curious-minded, thirsty for knowledge and open to new ideas· Agile – you are ready for evolving and changing priorities and very comfortable with a less-structured workflow· Able to multi-task and meet deadlines· Collaborative and able to liaise with internal and external partnersIdeal qualifications for this role include: · Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and one or more BI visualization tools (Power BI *Preferred*, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).· Strong grasp of data concepts, database design, warehouse design, data transformation· Expertise in developing data reporting and migration solutions within SQL Server, SSRS, or other ETL tools, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and Qlikview.· Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Azure data factory/ Power Apps/ API considered an asset.· Strong ability to extract, prepare, manipulate and analyze large amounts of data to draw appropriate conclusions.· Experience showcasing analytical results to business users via verbal and written communication.· College diploma or University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Math, Statistics or related field, preferred.· Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably with a retail organization.Grafton Apparel is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible candidate experience.
